Reporting to the Executive Director, the Controller fulfills this mission by overseeing all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the board and will work closely with the senior leadership team.
The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations of a budget of $2.9 million, establishing and executing an integrated strategy for the accounting operations of the organization, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
