At Salt & Light, we do our best to create an environment that fosters warmth, challenge, and growth.

Warmth means I feel safe, welcome, and loved. Like any family, there is bound to be conflict, but when warmth
is a part of our family, conflict can be navigated in a way that brings us closer instead of pushing us apart.

Challenge is experienced when I am encouraged (sometimes even pushed) to realize the fullness of who
God created me to be by stepping outside of my comfort zone in both the things I do and the way I think.

Growth happens naturally when warmth and challenge are in appropriate balance.
